- Share the water, drainage or other application, material and connection method. The initial sourcing focus is PVC-U, HDPE and stainless steel.
- Confirm whether overseas purchasing is possible or a locally registered supply party is required. No Malaysian office, warehouse or local stock is represented here.
Product and project documents
- Project specification, drawings and bill of quantities where available.
- Selected manufacturer, model, dimensions, grade and pressure or stiffness class.
- Project standards, test evidence and supplier acceptance requirements. Any required local registration or acceptance must be checked for the actual product and route.
Plan delivery to Johor or another destination
- Provide the delivery city, site address and required date. Other Malaysian destinations can be discussed alongside the initial Johor focus.
- Packaging dimensions, pipe lengths, gross weight and handling constraints are needed before transport can be assessed.
- Confirm the exporter, importer, customs responsibilities, unloading and delivery scope. Charges, payment terms and timing must be agreed for the actual quotation.

Can I enquire about a project outside Johor?
Yes. Include the Malaysian destination and project requirements. Johor is the initial development focus; supply and transport feasibility are reviewed for the actual enquiry.
Can you supply through a Malaysian company?
Tell us if a local contracting or supply party is required. Victory is registered in China, and any local supply route must be established and confirmed before a commercial commitment.
Is every catalogue product accepted for my project?
No blanket acceptance is claimed. The selected model, intended application and supporting documents must be checked against the project and applicable local requirements.
Is there a fixed minimum order or delivery price?
No fixed quantity or transport price is published. Provide quantities, sizes and destination so packaging, freight feasibility and quotation scope can be assessed.
